Our flagship is fellini restaurant at marina mirage in main beach.

The restaurant now running in its tenth very successful years will soon be going through a very extensive renovation, again to be at the forefront of the culinary world.

Behind the restaurant is our very own pasta factory, pastificio fellini produces artisan style pasta, both for the local and interstate market, our pastificio has now been opened for the past four years and is now looking to expand in the overseas market.

Next to the factory, the first permanent balsamic vinegar museum, this being the first of its kind outside of Italy, designed for the specific use of showing the process and making of the balsamic vinegar, but also the public can purchase aged balsamic from ten, up to one hundred and eighteen years old.

In January of 2004, fellini expanded into the wedding and accommodation scene, with the purchase of the summer house in mudgeeraba.

This five acre property situated at the foothills of Springbrook Mountain now renamed eco-studio fellini, specializes in weddings, functions and overnight accommodation, with unique style lodges and soon to open eco-spa fellini, a day spa designed specifically for couples or singles, to get away and spoil yourself, for a full pampering treatment, getting away from the world.
